Kepler47 Help - Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

If you listen to either free or purchased content from a wi-fi connection this will not count against your data plan.

If you are on a cellular connect however, it will. You can also save any purchased to your playlist and "save to device" which will make the content available while you are offline and not use your data plan.

You do not need to pay twice. To restore your purchase, follow these steps:

  1. Install the app on your new device
  2. Click on Settings from the main menu (older apps may say "More")
  3. Click "Restore Purchases"
  4. Enter the same username and password for iTunes or Google Play you previously purchased content with on the other device.

Using your coupon code is super simple! Follow these steps:

  1. Just go to your menu and select "SETTINGS"
  2. Scroll down to the "INFO" section and select "ENTER OFFER CODE"
  3. Once you have entered the offer code you will be directed to the "UPGRADE" screen
  4. Your discount will be applied to the Lifetime Access option
Some points to note:

At the moment we only offer our apps in English.

Due to the high volume of audio recordings, it will be very time consuming to re-record the audio tracks in other languages. We are considering this, but at the moment it's not available.

You can purchase the app in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. To unlock the content in the app, follow these steps:

  1. Open the main menu icon and click the UPGRADE button to see your upgrade options
  2. Choose one of the subscription options. This unlocks all the content in the app.

Many audio tracks and programs in our library are recorded live or are created by publishers without using a script. In these cases the text transcript may not be available and you will see this message in this case. We are always working on getting transcripts when available but it's not always possible unfortunately.

We try to update and keep our content refreshed so this means some audio tracks will be removed. In most cases though, it's probably still there as sometimes contents do get stuck. Couple of things to try:

  1. Try going to CONTENT and pull to refresh. This will re-load the metadata and often fix the issue.
  2. Be sure to force close and reopen the app

We recently added a new feature that allows you to add/remove/reorder your favorite content packs to "My Content".

Check out the EXPLORE section and see if you find the content pack you're looking for there, then click the action menu and "Add to My Content".

We really wish we could as we get this question quite a lot!

Unfortunately Apple and Google don't give us a way to allow users to gift apps that use in-app purchases.

The only option you have is to buy a gift card from iTunes or Google Play store and then gift that to someone and tell them to buy the app you want them to get as a gift.

We offer auto-renewing subscriptions as well a one-time unlock fee via in-app purchase. These subscription plans include all locked content and features. Our subscription plans are:

  1. 1 Month (auto renews every month)
  2. 3 Month (auto renews every 3 months)
  3. 12 month or 1 year plan (auto renews every year)
  4. We may also have the lifetime subscription (one-time payment only)
Payments:
  1. Depending on the phone you use, payment will be charged to your iTunes Account (Apple) or Google Account (Android/Google Pay) at confirmation of purchase.
  2. All subscription plans automatically renew and your account will be charged for renewal unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
  3. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
  4. NOTE: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
